How to find your undertone

Three quick tests. You only need a window and a mirror.

1. The vein test

Turn your wrist over in natural daylight. Blue or purple veins → cool undertone. Greenish veins → warm. A mix → neutral.

2. The jewelry test

Hold a piece of silver jewelry against your face. Then gold. Whichever one makes your skin look brighter and healthier — rather than sallow or gray — matches your undertone. Silver = cool, gold = warm.

3. The white paper test

Hold a sheet of plain white paper against your bare cheek in daylight. A rosy/pink flush = cool. A yellow/peach cast = warm. Balanced = neutral.
