1. What this service is

What Colors Suit Me? is an AI-powered personal color, body type, and style analysis tool. Upload one or more photos and we return a seasonal palette, recommended colors to wear or avoid, and (for premium users) an extended report. Results are produced by machine-learning models and are intended for personal styling inspiration — they are not professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and at least 18 to make a purchase. By uploading a photo you confirm that you either appear in it yourself or have permission from the person who does.

3. Free analysis & premium upgrade

• The base analysis (season classification, 12-color palette, sample variant portraits) is free.
• The premium report ($9 one-time) unlocks the extended palette, makeup & metals guidance, and an emailed PDF.
• Pricing and feature scope can change at any time. Existing premium users keep access to whatever they already paid for.

4. Refunds

Because the premium report is digital and delivered immediately, we treat purchases as final once delivered. That said — if something genuinely went wrong (the report didn't arrive, the analysis was clearly broken, you were double-charged), email hello@whatcolorssuitme.com within 7 days and we'll refund you. We're a small operation; we'd rather you be happy than litigious.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Don't upload photos of minors unless you are the parent or legal guardian.
• Don't use the site to harass, defame, or generate content about anyone in a way they wouldn't agree to.
• Don't try to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the API. We rate-limit and block abusive traffic.

6. Your content & our results

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a short-lived license to process them through our analysis pipeline (see the privacy page for storage details). The text, palettes, and variant portraits we generate are licensed to you for personal use — share, print, screenshot freely. Don't resell them as your own product.

7. Disclaimer

The analysis is for entertainment and styling inspiration. It is not medical advice, not professional color consulting, and not a substitute for trying clothes on in real light. AI gets things wrong sometimes — if a recommendation doesn't feel right, trust your eyes over the algorithm.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which for free users is zero, and for premium users is $9. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Account deletion & data requests

Email hello@whatcolorssuitme.com to delete your analyses, photos, or email from our records. We'll confirm within a few business days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes (new features, new processors, new pricing). The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
