Look for a measurement series inside one arm. This example reads in millimeters; it is not a size recommendation for you.

- Horizontal width of one lens, excluding the surrounding frame.

- Shortest distance between the two lenses; not a complete measurement of your nose.
- 140 mmTemple length
- Length of the arm, from its hinge to the tip behind your ear.
Do not confuse the first number with total frame width. Other numbers or letters may identify the model or color. Use comfortable frames as a reference, then confirm fit and lens compatibility with your optician: similar numbers do not guarantee the same comfort.
