Try the look before buying more
- Start with the recommended focal point, using a product you already own where possible.
- Adjust the amount, edges and finish before adding another color. Check the look in the lighting where you expect to wear it.
- If you are also choosing foundation, compare adjacent shades on your jawline and neck in natural daylight. Let the formula settle before deciding.
A little more guidance
What if I do not know my undertone or color season?
You can still build a look from your preferences, focal point and routine. An unsure answer stays unsure; it does not automatically mean neutral. Use the suggested color directions as comparisons rather than a new label.
Does this quiz find my foundation shade?
No. Foundation needs to be matched to your actual skin in the formula you plan to use. The quiz offers styling directions; a season or digital color swatch cannot identify an exact brand shade.
Why can the same color look different in two products?
Coverage and finish affect how much of your own skin shows through and how the product catches the light. Compare a light layer and a fuller application before deciding that the color itself is wrong for you.
Can I keep a color outside the suggested palette?
Yes. Your preferences remain part of the look. Try changing its intensity, finish or placement, and keep it if you like the result. The suggestions are starting points for experimentation.
